My previous experience of estate agents has not been great, so choosing one this time was done with zero expectations. However, from start to finish, I found everyone at Thornley Groves extremely professional and approachable. A special mention to Claire, who walked me through every step, even helping me with the solicitor's paperwork. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and I will definitely be recommending her and the team to anyone looking for an estate agent.
