Great Jones is poor management company
Great Jones has been the worst management of property. They are hard to reach and doesn’t like to return calls. They require tenants to do routine maintenance but owners can refuse to do routine maintenance to ensure all essential items are property maintained. In less than 11 months, the AC went out twice. It took them 27 days to fix it. They will claim is SC doesn’t consider AC as essential which was incorrect and should have fixed within 14 days. They keep threaten to withhold security deposit and sounds like they will make up stuff to not refund the deposit. You can’t talk to the owners and only deal with the manager. It is a scam and horrible management company. There is no accountability and able to speak to higher person. You are stuck.
