Recent purchase of Ford Fiesta Trend AP23CCJ
As a long-standing customer of the service department, in mid July I received the email with the latest new car offers including the relevant prices and potential arrangements for the Fiesta Trend. As this was timely to an impending need for a sudden round trip to Scotland starting 21 July, I started a conversation with the chat box and was introduced to Salesman Alex Farrington, leading to a productive visit to the showroom to meet Alex, and then a purchase on the 18/19 July. As this is the first brand new car I have purchased, and we are 79 and 80 year olds, this was a potentially stressful undertaking, but Alex took great pains to ease us into the process and the details. Both he and the car turned out to be great for us, and I was therefore very happy with Alex, the deal, and the Grose sales environment. Following our subsequent 1400 mile round trip there are still some details of the instrumentation and Ford Pass environment that we shall be following up on, which Alex has offered to help us with, so overall we are very happy with the Grose environment and the care we are receiving from Alex, and are happy to call this a 10 out of 10 experience.
