It's the worst of anything I've seen. I'm leasing a rideshare vehicle from northside rentals since 2020. I've had many problems with them but the latest incidents convinced me that it's time to leave and never look back. I've been unable to drive since Saturday night (19/11/22) because Northside Rentals did not pay the registration for the vehicle. I sent an email the week before and they replied that they will send the documents closer to expiry date. I tried to call many times close to expiry date and after going through many hoops and lots of waiting I was either cut off or sent a message bank. Constant emailed to remind them to do their job to no avail, I went there in person on Saturday 19/11/22 (expiry date), I was assured that it will be fixed by Monday. Today Monday (21/11/22) two day after expiry date I went to the office at 11:00 am and I was told that they will email the registration paper asap today. It's 16:15 and nothing happened so I lost another day of work (3 days in total x $350/day). I would not recommend this company to anyone.
