Appalling service
Appalling service. Renting a flat in London from Dexters and they have neglected to carry out a mandatory gas/electric safety check to ensure the property is safe. Constant electric blackouts and heating / hot water cut outs. Chairs broken, damp because of inadequate ventilation systems and old windows letting in drafts etc. microwave rusted at the seal - totally unsafe. Blinds broken. Some electrical sockets do not work. No information where the boiler is situated or electric gas meters. Front door locks - only one works and letterbox broken so falls off leaving a gaping whole in the door and draft. Reported Dexters to H&S executive as that might wake them up to their legal responsibilities. Never use Dexters. That’s the message, as it’s bad for your mental and physical health the stress of trying to get them to do anything at pace and with compassion 🥲
