Shocking!
Shocking! Gifted a spa voucher for £300, package chosen for me wasn’t available, was told to book elsewhere, chose package and date at another venue, but wasn’t available, so booked a 3rd package- then get an email 4 days before booking that venue had relocated and the package I had booked was not available. I have asked spabreaks for a full refund by telephone and they are refusing although they have failed 3x to provide a service, I have now emailed them reminding them of consumer rights act however still awaiting response 24hrs later! I will be forced to do a chargeback I think and I will make sure everyone is aware of the above when booking their vouchers. I do not want a credit note I have been let down by you 3x whereby you have been unable to fulfil the booking. I want a refund and under the consumer Act 2015 whether your t&c”s show that a voucher is non refundable, you have failed the customer in my case, therefore should honour a refund for the trouble and inconvenience caused. I will never use spa breaks again!!!! PLEASE REFUND - everyone stay away. Please note- a short distance is along distance for someone whom is disabled, please be mindful spabreaks!!!!!
