Hello to all the victims of the fraud of this company.
I live in Hungary and wanted to give a birthday present to my granddaughter who lives in Canada. I ordered a gift worth more than $ 350 on December 14. The gift was to be delivered on December 18. They wrote to me on December 20 that my bank card details were incorrect, but the payment was made on December 16. I demanded to return my money back as the order was not fulfilled. I received another reply on December 24, in which they informed me that unfortunately they could not cancel or make any further changes to my order, as the goods had already been prepared, packed and sent to their shipping point for shipment. But this is another lie, since tracking by the number of my order does not confirm this fact. I invite everyone to unite and file a claim against this fraudulent company together.
