Wouldn’t use again
Me and my partner both sold our properties at the same time through PCS. To be honest it was an incredibly frustrating process. When everything was going smoothly they were ok, when you need an urgent call back they were non existent. I called every day for 4 days without anyone getting back to me, I ended up at an equally useless switch board who said their systems don’t allow them to put you through to anyone, only to take a message (I’d had messages taken all week so this was pointless). The main frustration I had was the lack of accountability. No apologies for not calling back, none for missing things, it was only when I found a Partner from their website and copied them into my emails that I would ever get a response. It was always just excuses. They would say they’d only just received certain info that I knew was untrue as my estate agent had told me weeks prior. That being said, the only information or updates we would get would be from our estate agent. I assume that they just have hundreds of cases and not enough staff to deal with them all, but I definitely wouldn’t use them again.
