Great customer support
Because I live in the Bahamas, I wanted a car with right hand drive, hence searching for Japanese cars on the internet. My first experience with a competitor (Be Forward) was truly appalling - very little consideration for me as a customer. Through a Trustpilot review, I found CAR FROM JAPAN and I could not be happier: from day one I was assigned a delightful lady, Ami, who answered and even anticipated all my questions promptly. She helped me every step of the way. She was so fast in getting things done, despite the time zones - I don't even know if she ever sleeps! In summary, importing a car is a complex process and you should only do it with a company that offers great customer support - I highly recommend Car from Japan. And Ami!
