Experience beyond the Customer Service team
Pargat and previously Tam, Esther, Emma and Polly in customer services all very nice, polite agents and obviously doing their best to help me. However, they must be as frustrated as me by their abysmal billing team, meter installation team and complaints team (who one cannot phone) none of whom have responded to 11 emails over almost six months and continue to send me only estimated high bills, despite the fact that I have both emailed and phoned in the readings each month ! The energy ombudsman would not be impressed. What a waste of my very limited time. Dr JB
