I bought the ebike on September 2024 and had issue with the power button just recently. I filed a warranty claim and they did a good job on assisting me. Thanks to Rose Irea who made things easier for me. I really admire her for her patience and customer-oriented attitude. Keep it up and kudos to the whole team!
