I don't recommend this gym
I don't recommend this gym. It is difficult to cancel membership. You need to physically go in to the place where you signed up or send a certified letter to corporate. Tried calling to cancel but they wouldn't let me. On top of that they charge you another month of service calling it a "30 day notice". Website and app don't allow cancellations. Management are nonexistent. I couldn't speak to manager in branch he wouldn't come out. Call centers didn't allow me to speak with one either. They promised a call back but never called me. About facility its ok nothings special. Some of the reps are nice but I only recognize 1 person from last year. Tells a lot about its leadership and practices.
