Two appointments missed
The company made two appointments to fit a SMART meter. Failed to attend both, meaning I wasted 8 hours waiting for them to arrive. They contacted me last minute to explain in the first appointment the engineer had been called to an emergency, second time (after saying they would try to make me a priority) he had run out of time. Offered to send the on call engineer but wouldn’t arrive until 8pm, when I would have to sit in darkness with the electricity turned off whilst he worked- I refused and have complained by email to Peoples energy who had contacted me in the first place to have the meter fitted- no response from them either.
