Badly let down
Beware! This company is ok as long as there are no problems with the rental and everything is entirely online. As soon as you need to contact them forget it. We spent over half and hour waiting for a reply the first time (cost over 100 dollars) and the second time they didn't even answer. The online chat support is a completely useless function as they are unable to provide support there. simply advising to call the non- answering service.
