Absolutely worst dealership ever

Absolutely worst dealership ever. Bought a car from the Montclair, CA location 3 weeks ago and the transmission blew today my boyfriend and I haven't even put 1500 miles on the car. We called drivetime to return the vehicle the said they would put us in a car with more miles and a bigger car payment. Um no thanks. We called drivetime customer loyalty center and spoke to Brandi who was very rude and un helpful, and told us to bad we can only return the vehicle before 5 days that we have to go through the repair process. OK fine we called Silverrock the warranty company to set up a rental which we were then told we have to pay out of pocket and they only reimburse up to $300. My car is going to be in thr e shop for at least 5 weeks. Silverrock only covers 30$ a day or 300$ total at Enterprise but the cheapest car on their contract with Enterprise is $47 a day so the total would be $1809 up front which we don't have and we would only be reimbursed $300. So not only do I have to pay my car payment for a car I'm not driving runner want us to pay $1500 for a rental car because they sell crappy cars. Absolutely worse customer service ever. I wish we never bought this car. Their warranty company sucks and is so unhelpful. Please please don't make the same mistake.
