Helped them grow, now we don’t matter
I was a big fan of Prime when they took over our development a few years back. I helped them out with references and reviews. But recently the customer service we used to appreciate has eroded. We get a sense we’re no longer valued the way we used to be. Fees have gone up a lot and things which used to be covered are now charged out at silly fees. And we discover, after years of being told they don’t, that they get a bung from their insurance broker which goes some way to explain the 20% year on year increases and being told we have no other option. They continue to do the basics well but it’s not the same company it was and Stephen Wiles in particular needs to work on his people skills.
