Great people at Routes!
King at the Atlanta location took great care of me. He knows how to treat a person like a person not just a problem to process through - made the whole thing seamless and easy. I'll definitely book with Routes next time I'm in Atlanta! T picked me up from the airport and took me to the Routes office and she was nice and personal too and took care of both me and the person she was dropping off, making sure she could get a cart for her bags and watching them while she went to get the cart. Big ups to both King and T! They made my day.
