Terrible customer service - fraudulent and unhelpful
Terrible customer service. I returned a package with 3 items, which was apparently received empty. Lululemon refused to refund or instruct an investigation through the shipping company (UPS). UPS told me that Lululemon are their customer, and Lululemon would have to instruct and cooperate with them during the investigation. I have CCTV evidence of the package being full when my partner dropped it at the desk of the UPS parcel shop, but Lululemon are acting like I have intentionally returned an empty package. A customer service agent hung up on me and told me not to contact them again the last time that I called for an update, and since then they have stopped responding to emails requesting external dispute resolution. It is my understanding that they should have refunded and then sought compensation from UPS, if indeed the package was actually empty upon receipt, as they claim. Very deceitful, unhelpful and feels like I’ve been scammed/stolen from. Customer service agent also told me that I’ve lost nothing and should forget about it because I paid by gift vouchers which were a birthday gift.
