Scam scam
Lawsuit coming- they advertise a home for 1625. I apply and run a hard credit check. Congrats I’m approved, tells me I have 24 hours to get the money in and to send it in the scammiest way. I rush down and pay at Walmart in cash pay. Then I sign a lease and all docs. Turn on utilities, cancel other rentals searches. Only after all that. They tell me they have decided to raise the rent and I’m not qualified. So they ran a hard credit inquiry for an application to a product that wasnt available at the price listed. Any attorneys out there please let me know how much you charge to get some justice from this company. At this point I’d pay 5000 dollars to get some satisfaction on how I’ve been treated. The handling of my credit and the overall service of this company. At the time of this I have no where to live due to great jones co. Then after all said and done they Snail mail me a check to a friend house. I’ll just have to wait for that to get there. Fucc great jones. You think you have no choice but rent from them, you don’t want to be where they have me today.
