I went through Lloyds Bank Bradford Branch and the lady let me withdraw a huge amount without asking me questions. Next day I got a message from Lloyds Bank saying they closing my account within 65 days. I called them up and I complained then they investigated and said it won't impact credit score and they send a letter to confirm this. I was very worried because I thought they was lying. I used the app to get in touch with the advisor to find out if the complaints manager is right. 2 advisors said it will and now 2 people lied to me and this is stressful. I'm moving to another branch they even accused me of doing fraud just I forgot my own transaction. This is totally useless and unforgivable because I'm a human being. I even told them the truth and I said I'm the one that withdrew the money. To this day they still not listening. The advisors are useless and they should get sacked for lying to me and other customers. I'm still complaining to this day. I wouldn't even give Lloyds Bank customer service a 1 it's a minus for me. Never trust Lloyds Bank and change account. The advisors don't know what they doing. If the advisors don't know then ask the manager stop making lies and making things up.i will never go back to Lloyds Bank in the near future.
