Miserable customer service
All help we asked related to our purchases with Wabi was denied. Unfortunately, your customs service is miserable. As you know, we made several purchases (under my husband’s name and mine - maria roquette and Lourenço Lehrfeld) on your website and every time we asked for any help related to the items we bought, it was d bird just because it had already passed 15 days after purchase. Unfortunate, you don’t care about your clients after 15 days. We won’t buy anything else from Wabi.
