I filled in all the requested details on-line, until the payment part at the end. A message told me to phone Riviera Travel as the booking could not be completed. I phoned in. The Agent said ‘something had gone wrong with the on-line booking’. The agent could not access my on-line application form and everything had to be done again over the phone. Great frustration indeed.
