Had a problem with an eTA application…

Had a problem with an eTA application that was first declined after speaking with IRCC. I didn't anticipate needing help, but I contacted the website and reapplied through them on their recommendation. Although the costs were higher than I expected to spend, given the quality of the service, it was appropriate to work with a person rather than a machine. Thankfully, with their assistance, my ETA was ultimately authorized. Though not everyone will benefit from the service, those who require a little extra assistance will find it worthwhile.
