Just what we expected and hoped for.
We had a few water softeners in our previous homes and having just moved into a new home (Well Water) we knew we would be needing one here. Our well was tested by the drilling company so I had results from them. Upon our salesman Nelson arriving, he went through a series of tests to evaluate our water, so I was curious if he would try and tell us we had issues in tests that my own results did not bear. His results matched up with what I already had, so there was no attempt to sell us something more than what we needed and that was a good experience. Greg came out promptly to install our softener and he too was very pleasant and professional, in a few hours he had everything installed and walked me through how the system works, showed incoming and outgoing shut offs, etc, explained the system regeneration process, and what type of salt to use that would work best. He left our house clean and as it was on his arrival. Before installation, we had high Iron and Manganese in our water which were leaving stains in our sinks and toilets, and had a very distinct metallic smell. After installation and running all of our faucets and showers, flushed toilets etc to remove water that was already in our lines, we immediately notice much better water without smell or stains. Soap lathered up nicely and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thank you Nelson and Greg for the great experience.
