Welcome tonic to Virgin Media’s incompetence
After grappling with the incompetence of Virgin Media’s (frustratingly inept) customer service / home mover / technical teams, it was an absolute joy to stumble upon Moving Internet. Streamlined, smooth annd efficient service. But here’s the important bit: enough bandwidth to run online meetings and multiple other devices (including two Xboxes playing Fortnite and EA Sports). Delivered in time, as promised with great comms throughout. Completely saved my life and made the experience of moving house so much less stressful.
