Item not delivered. No attempt at delivery made by UPS. Told I have to collect at my own expense & time at an access point more 1 hour away. Requested a refund but denied. Escalated to Lululemon 'Resolutions Team', but they've yet to bother to get in contact. This company have no interest in fulfilling an order once they've taken your cash. Avoid. Pursuing the money back through PayPal instead.
