I’m forced to post a review! The management and planning concerning a recent visit I experienced could only be described as ‘First Class’. It’s not just the professional approach by Angela in the office, but the ‘above and beyond’ approach taken. This was continued by ‘Phil the Fixer’, who I believe is one of their best engineers in the business. He was so interested in the issue I was experiencing and so keen to provide a solution. It so satisfying to know customer service isn’t dead! Thank you Angela and Phil if you get chance to read this. What a customer great experience I
