Very helpful and efficient
We don't usually talk to cold callers, so the initial door knocker had us a bit wary, but she was friendly, helpful, not pushy and answered every question as honestly as she could, even researching when unable to give information off the top of her head. Once we decided to proceed, the whole process was over in about a fortnight, with the company keeping us in the loop every step of the way with a steady stream of text messages. The price was about as expected if an outright payment was made - the payment plan was a little eye watering for those unable to pay a lump sum. The tradies were quick, efficient and open to answering more questions, with the lead electrician the one to show me how to download and use the app that monitors the solar system. Overall a very happy experience and the panels look good, seem to be installed well and are doing their job.
