Talked to a customer service…
Talked to a customer service representative about a product price/quantity prior to making any purchases. The representative gets back to me and tells me it's priced per set so I make my purchase. Only to later find out it is not priced per set but price per 1... Emailed back and forth for a couple of days showing them where I was told it's priced per set to see if they would hold their company accountable for the mistake on THEIR end and no they will only give you the run around. Now I'm forced to wait 2-3 business days for a return then another 2-3 business days for a refund AFTER the part is received by them... So my build is put on hold because this company does not know the product quantity in which they are selling ... Ridiculous!!!! Never again take my business to Partzilla
