Contract agreement was not honoured by Reliance. We purchased three systems and were promised a $1500 rebate cheque and got nothing. I phoned to inquire and the agent took my information and said we’d get a call back and it never happened. We then called the sales agent who told us he would send an email on our behalf and we’d get a response and we did not.
