Impossible to get in contact with a live person!!! They have no real customer service. At this point I think this a whole scam. Granted I know that when you fill out an application it’s a possible chance you won’t be able to receive the house of your 1st choice, but everytime I called the lady who did answer told me the house was available. But the flip side to this was she would send in my request through email to a leasing agent. To reach out to me within a 24-48 hour time span. I have over 6 email tickets showing I reached out. BUT NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME YET!!!!! I receive an email today stating the house I applied for is now leased. Long story short is every time I call I get the same BS run around. No one ever reaches out to me. Like how do you run a company, but the only form of communication is email???? By looking at the other reviews even the response seems automated with only an email as a contact. I honestly would like my money back from the application fee. I wouldn’t waste my time.
