Disgraceful rude staff
Disgraceful rude staff! The staff member named "JAKE" I can’t believe you would speak to your customer in such a rude & sarcastic manner! The incident took place around 10am 10.30am on 21/05/25 My complaint is going direct to your head office. I went in store to collect my numberplate, once I left, I got to my car and noticed there’s no holes drilled in the plate to fit this? So I went back in to ask the person who served me, He directed me to the back of the store where I was left waiting, when I explained to JAKE staff member, he had a grin on his face and said.. Yea mate! that's how they come and handed it back to me! I replied how am I meant to fit this without holes? Jake replied. That's how they come its common knowledge, surely you understand that! No I do not understand why you would give customers custom numberplates that are incomplete and can’t be fitted without precision measurements accurate drilling through metal before I could actual fit my numberplate! Jakes reply, surely you must have a drill at home do it yourself! again grinning & laughing at me! At this point I was left feeling humiliated and stressed by the sarcastic ignorance by your staff member! So I asked why this wouldn't be stated when making the purchase? Or at least asked if wanted holes in my numberplate at the point of purchase? And Jake, Laughing and repeating its common knowledge mate! So asked for a refund just to be told.. Nah mate! that's not how this works.
