My sister is currently renting a property from you in Columbia. Her daughter was shot yesterday and when I arrived at her house last night they was no heat and no workable bathrooms. The sewage is completely backed up in all of the toilets, sinks and bathtubs! She stated that she called on 12/25/20 about the sewer and had called for WEEKS about the heat. Because of the tragic incident her 3 grandchildren are temporarily with her. So she has 3 kids in a house with no heat and no bathrooms. This is unacceptable! We need help today! TODAY! We have family coming into town tomorrow. We are going through enough. Please do the right thing smh fix these issues today. (1928 Spotswood) Update: All issues are corrected in a mostly timely manner. Please please make it easier for your renters to contact you. Although we're pleased it shouldn't have gotten to this point.
