I would say my experience in the beginning was terrible. Our AC was out for 19 DAYS! & had little to no contact about what the status was with it being fixed. I received an email a week or two ago and was given information to contact the guy directly if their was any issue. I am very happy that I was given this info because now I have someone to actually communicate with and get updates.
