Changing to new Tarrif. Long term customer
So Energy have now sent me an invitation pack. Rates stated unit and standing charge but no indication of typical monthly direct debit. The direct debit was however obtained via a subsequent phone call based on the previous 12 months usage. Thank you SO Energy and your person to person contact (short wait only over the telephone. Previous Review now Sorted. I.e. I cannot find out the details of the new Tariff I have signed up for. I thought it may be in my account but only the name and start date. Estimated fixed monthly rates were given but now I cannot access or it's terms and conditions. Waiting for SO to reply tomorrow hopefully.
