My PCC was issued from embassy on 24th…

My PCC was issued from embassy on 24th june and sent to BSL on the same day , and i came to madrid in regarding this on 9th of july after waiting for 35 days . According to BLS they Didn’t received any PCC of mine and telling me it was embassy fault . By luck got a chance to enter embassy after 6 hours roaming there and one of the officer received us and told the truth about issuing on 24th . BLS lost it .
