More than just a swimming class
We’ve been attending Water Babies for over two years now, with both our eldest and youngest taking classes. Both girls are very confident in the water and with the classes having such a strong focus on safety, they are also very competent in reaching safety themselves. I imagine many swim lessons are the same though, following a certain syllabus. But what sets Water Babies aside is everything else; the customer service doesn’t even feel like customer service, because you feel like you’re just part of a family. It is next level and they go out of their way to look after you. You can even go to a separate class if you can’t make your allotted slot in the week. Zoe, our teacher, is beyond amazing, and if ever she can’t be there (rarely), the replacement teacher is just as wonderful. Not to mention the incredible team behind the scenes that honestly put you and your family at the centre of all decisions and the way in which your classes are managed. As well as this, we have made lifelong friends with other parents and our children have the best time both in class and at all the extra curricular activities we all do. These classes have changed our lives, and I don’t say that lightly. Our eldest was born during covid and things were hard. These classes have brought so much enjoyment to us all and means we all have a social outing every Saturday morning, with all four of our needs being met (mum, dad and the children). So I really mean it when I say they are more than just swimming classes. Thank you to everyone at Water Babies, you are all incredible and have changed our parenting journey.
