When they allow a €5,000 bill to go through because of a wrong meter reading. Two years of electricity in one month. To be told it's a system fault and the next bill to go up! I'm not powering the village. Their billing system is faulty, and they have no pride in their work. Bill is still not fixed. Disgusting customer service, and they do not care about any financial hardships caused. Modern-day thieves.
