Review regarding energy upgrades by Bord Gais OSS -- paid for a Home Energy Assessment (HEA) in April: over €500 for a house in Dublin with tenants. Received the grant May to BGOSS account, thanks to BG OSS. I requested an update in June and got no reply. I haven't even had confirmation from BG if their surveyor has made the call-out to the house. Now its July and I still haven't seen a HEA? How does a single callout surveyor report take 3 months to arrange? Theres no phone line for this service.
