Overall a solid product with good gym coverage, but customer support needs work
I’ve had a generally positive experience — the platform offers a strong selection of fitness chains. However, I’ve noticed that memberships are canceled a day earlier than communicated, which can be frustrating. Unfortunately, getting in touch with the customer support team is difficult, and they haven’t been very receptive when I’ve raised concerns. These issues feel fixable, especially with more responsive and customer-focused support.
