Direct Debit Issue Fixed - Thank You
Spoke to Sophie G today regarding my direct debit set up via live chat, I was charge and then received an email notifying me my direct debit has failed. I was sent a link to re-set the subscription up but was worried incase I will be charged the monthly membership again. I went to their live chat service and it turns out a number that I had inputted was different to prior and was also not double charged. Sophie provided quick and swift responses, thank you for the help. 10/10 from me!
