Price is important for retirees.
I was looking primarily for price when I changed and I don't think there is a price in the market that can beat the deal I got. There were some problems with the transition to Boost but they were not the fault of Boost but rather inappropriate behavior of a prior carrier. I appreciated that they sent techs to the house to make the transition smoother.
