Comfortable ship, great staff
Comfortable ship, friendly and professional staff. Tour sizes for off-boat excursions far too large. it made it hard to inter-act with the guides, ask questions, etc.

Diabolical - avoid!
Diabolical! They were over a month late telling me that my tariff had gone up extortionately. Letter arrived undated, as soon as I realised I switched to another supplier - 21 August 2018 was the switch over date. Today, 3 December, I am still trying to get my account resolved. They are chasing me for an outstanding amount due re electricity, whilst not acknowledging that the refund that I am due re gas exceeds the amount I owe. In the meantime I have had texts threatening legal action, and all sorts. I have just spent 20 minutes listening to cr*p music on the telephone - can hardly ever get through. when they call me, I explain the problem to them, they understand and accept it, for all of about two weeks, and then i get the next nasty text and off we go again. Avoid these people!
