Inaccessible Policy Documents

Arranged travel insurance through the post office, but was unable to access any of the documents. I used a new email address, but when trying to register, it said I already had an account. When I tried the forgot password, it said my account couldn't be found. When I logged in with my old email address, my new policy wasn't visible. Their computer systems seem to be incapable of believing someone may change email address. Registration will not be possible if you have previously created an account with a different email address, and I suspect it is not possible to change your email address on an existing account. The result is post office will allow you to take out and charge you for a policy if you have changed your email address, but not allow you to access any details of it. I called customer service who said my documents could be posted which may take 7 days, but I was leaving in 2 days. I was told my issue would be forward to the technical support team and I should hear back within 24-48 hours. It is now 7 days later, nearly the end of my holiday, and I have heard nothing.
