I had activated bitdefender and their vpn to cover me for a trip abroad. I had a contact from my bank telling me I had got a virus on my return to the UK. It was one which could access all my information. Two days ago I requested a refund, well inside the 30 days. No reply and no sign of a refund. (unless the virus has taken it).
