Horrible customer service.
Horrible customer service. Fraudulently told us the flight was cancelled on the end of the planes company. When we called the planes company, they stated the flight was never cancelled and still valid. Esky literally lied to us over and over again. And would do nothing about it. Don't ever use them, trust me!!!
