Very Frustrating
I am having a frustrating time working with BitDefender. I dumped Norton in favor of B/D. I downloaded the trial version of the "Total" package (30 day trial) and a couple of days later, the trial version of "premium VPN" (1 week trial) within about two weeks I decided to buy the "Premium Security Package" that would cover 10 devices and include Premium VPN. -I keep getting reminders to buy Premium VPN. I don't know why that happens. -I want to activate Secure Pass but, all I get is the step to download the extension to FireFox and nothing else. -Today I got and email inviting me to activate Password Manager. It directs me to go to Central and select Password Manager on the left sidebar. There is no icon for Password Manager on the left sidebar of my Central homepage. My only option is Secure Pass; and still i can only download the FireFox extension and nothing else. So, I still have no password managing function with B/D. -One of the benefits of choosing the Premium Security package was priority access to tech support/customer service. The "Chat" icon for support does not work, the "Call Us" icon urges me to use "Chat" and the email option seems to be a hit or miss endeavor. In one case, prior to purchasing, I received 2 different answers to my email question from 2 different techs and neither one was correct. I eventually found the answer on my own. -I am trying to get some help in the community chat but, not finding any success there, either. -Also, I have received an alert that a security issue needs to be fixed on my phone. When I click remote fix, nothing happens. It just spins for as long as leave the phone open. After nearly a month, this is not looking like a good choice.
