Once again other terrible experience…
Once again other terrible experience renting a car in Poland. They do not care about customers but only about money without previous advice. Extra payments to bring the car i understand and agree...but another payment because is holiday ? cannot understand. The car was totally dirty inside and outside make pictures (is possible to check day and time to proof they were taken at the moment to pick up car)...i was starting to discuss with the person who brings because he said the car was just cleaned few minutes ago before delivery :-)))))))....then a polite person than me cannot fight bcs no sense no correct....then he did not write dirty outside and he did not give me the questionnaire of satisfaction....second time a rent from them give a second chance but same same dirty car and extra payments ....i send to customer service a complaint , as always no replies at all....they do not care about you ....100% unfair ...never recommnend this company ...they will cheat you in one way or another for sure . they did twice with me ....honestly i can assure...NEVER MORE !
