Stay Away From Manu.
This review is for Manu. I called SkyLux Travel today to get a quote for a business class fare to Asia. Manu from SkyLux picked up and gave me a quote, which is in line with what I could get directly from the airline so I politely declined and noted that I did not want to move forward. He then texted me (without permission) about 30 minutes later with a lower quote, and I inquired further. He responded with a nasty text stating "why should I help you when you refused to give me your email?" Excuse me, if you don't want my business, don't solicit further by texting me without permission. I would stay away. Terrible customer service and other reviews warn about this being a scam.
