Super poor communication
My home was transferred to Darwin homes from renu property management in the middle of my lease. My very first month paying my rent my account incurred a late fee that I was told beforehand would not be issued due to a balance for trash service. Communication with the property management is extremely frustrating as there is no direct line to them only a third party customer service line. I have been calling at least 2-3x a wk since the beginning of April to try and resolve the issue to be told that someone will "get back to me". Now here it is the last day to pay my rent and I'm going to end up paying a late fee that I was told wouldn't be incurred in the first place to avoid a "legal fee". Absolutely ridiculous and disheartening because I Absolutely love my rental but after reading the reviews of everyone else's troubles with maintenance calls amd poor communication I don't know that I will be renewing my lease with this company. Very poor way to manage the properties that people call home.
